15 ouncerefried beans

15 ouncecan diced tomatoes

¾ cupsharp cheddar cheese

1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspooncumin
or chili powder check for gluten-free
½ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonpepper
¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
10flour tortilla shells
6 inch, fajita size or gluten-free tortillas
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Brown meat then drain and return to pan. Stir in diced tomatoes, refried beans, and spices
Step 3
Fold flour tortillas to fit into muffin tins. Divide meat mixture evenly between tortillas. Top with cheese and desired toppings.
Step 4
Bake 8-10 minutes or until shells are crispy and browned
