Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200⁰C / 180 fan
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil into an oven safe pan and add the cauliflower and onions.
Step 3
Spread the rice evenly across the cauliflower.
Step 4
Pour the sauce gently over the rice and cauliflower. Cover the pan with wet parchment paper and then foil.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 6
Remove the covering and grill for 5-7 minutes to brown.
