Instructions

Big bowl

Step 1
In a large bowl mix the mashed bananas with sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, vinegar. Do not overmix.

Small bowl

Step 2
In a smaller bowl mix the two flours, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Mix

Step 3
Add the small bowl with the dry ingredients to the big bowl with wet and mix. Add the ground walnut and mix with a spatula or spoon.
Step 4
Oil up a rectangle shaped pan and pour the mixture. If desired sprinkle some walnut on top.

Baking

Step 5
Bake at 180°c for about 45-50 minutes.
