300gchicken breast
diced
2garlic cloves
crushed
1onion
small, diced
1 tsporegano
1 tspbasil
1 tspthyme
1 tspground pepper
1 tspsalt
100gsour cream
100gnatural yoghurt
50gmozzarella
50gbutter
Pasta
Instructions
Main
Step 1
Dice 300g of chicken breast and fry on medium heat with butter.
Step 2
Once chicken is browned, add Onion and Garlic.
Step 3
Once cooked, add Herbs, then the Sour Cream, Mozzarella and Natural Yoghurt.
Step 4
Mix well and wait until Mozzarella is fully melted in to a creamy paste.
Pasta
Step 5
Boil 150g of the pasta of your choosing in slightly salted water. (I go for Tagliatelle)
Step 6
Drain pasta well and add main to saucepan then mix well.
