Instructions
Step 1
Drain any excess liquid from the carrots.
Step 2
Drain juice from the pineapples if using tidbits and add it to the carrots. Add entire can if using crushed pineapple.
Step 3
Add raisins, Mayo, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix well until completely combined.
Step 4
Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
