Instructions

Step 1
1. Whisk first 2 ingredients in large bowl. Add beef broth and whisk until smooth. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Add beef, onions and peppers, and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, stirring a few times to keep meat and veggies coated. 2. Pre- heat Fryer to 360°F. 3. Transfer the mixture to Air Fryer basket with tongs reserving marinade. Air Fry for 30 minutes or to your beef liking, stirring well 2 or 3 times during cooking process. 4. While beef is cooking, bring marinade to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat on stovetop. Dinner for 5 minutes until thickened. 5.
