Flatbreads with Jackfruit

Instructions

Step 1
Crush the butter with your fingers. Add salt, sugar, yeast.
Step 2
Heat the milk mixture to 37°C and slowly add the flour+butter crumbs. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 3
Cover the dough with plastic wrap, let rise for about 15-25 minutes.
Step 4
Form 5mm thick flatbreads on parchment paper.
Step 5
Heat a pan, add oil.
Step 6
Bake the flatbreads with parchment paper on top. Remove the parchment paper when the bottom of the flatbreads are cooked. Each flatbread should be cooked for 1-2 min on each side, depending on temperature.

Jackfruit

Step 7
Finely tear the jackfruit.
Step 8
Put everything in a pan and fry hot.

Assembly

Step 9
Top flatbreads with prepared jackfruit, and any other desired toppings (pictured with avocado slices and red onion slices).
