cut in half
½ cuptoasted almonds

1 cupfeta cheese

For the Salad:
Step 1
-Thinly shave the brussels using a mandolin directly into a large bowl. Arrange the grapes, almonds, crumbled feta and dry cranberries around the brussels, then sprinkle with the basil. Dress the salad right before serving. If the want the brussels to be a bit softer, dress the salad up to one hour before serving.
