Instructions
Step 1
Boil your pasta in some salted water until al dente.
Step 2
In a pan over medium-low heat, toast your black pepper for 90 seconds, then add a ladleful of pasta water.
Step 3
Add your pasta in and toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together.
Step 4
Turn the heat off and add your Pecorino cheese little by little, along with some pasta water to make it sexy!
Step 5
Serve with some extra ground pepper on top. Buon appetito!
