Ingredients

skinless, boneless, sushi grade, finely chopped
1lime
½ tsprice vinegar
1 tspolive oil
2 tspwhole grain mustard
salt

24croustade cases
or mini tartlets
black sesame seeds
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix together finely chopped salmon, juice of half lime, rice vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Place in the fridge until you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Chopp the avocado and drizzle with the remaining lime juice. Chop the rest of the ingredients, and add everything to the salmon. Mix well and taste if need to add more seasoning. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
Step 3
When ready to serve, fill your croustades or tartlets with salmon tartare, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve immediately.
