Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
While waiting for the water to boil, make the tomato sauce by heating garlic, olive oil, and all the spices in a skillet on medium heat. Add tomato paste, cook and stir until the mixture turns a darker shade of red, then turn off the heat and stir in honey.
Step 3
Cook spaghetti in the boiling water until al dente, then drain and add to the skillet with the tomato sauce. Stir to coat and add reserved pasta water if needed.
Step 4
Crumble feta cheese over the pasta, divide onto individual plates, and bon appétit!
