Instructions
Step 1
Blend oats, half the chia seeds, instant coffee, and vanilla powder baking powder in blender
Step 2
In medium bowl add 2 1/2 Tbsp water and rest of chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes or until gooey and joined
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to chia seeds. Then vanilla extract. Then slowly add milk and mix until combined
Step 4
Cook in pan with butter or oil for no sticking
