Instructions
Step 1
Line a 20cm square cake tin and grease.
Step 2
Put chocolate into TM bowl and blitz for 5 seconds / Sp 8. Set aside in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Add 125g of Baileys, milk, butter and caster sugar into TM bowl and mix for 5 seconds | Sp 5. Then cook for 10 mins | Varoma | Sp 2.
Step 4
Add the remaining 25g of Baileys and the chocolate to the TM bow. and mix for 30 secs | Sp 5.
Step 5
Scrape the sides of the bowl down and mix again for 30 secs | Sp 5.
Step 6
Transfer to the tin and chill for at least two hours.
Step 7
Cut into small squares.
