Instructions

Step 1
so i did oil and butter in a pan! one whole onion chopped, 2-4 cloves of garlic minced, 4 large roma tomatoes chopped into medium sized pieces… simmer on high then medium high add italian seasoning so parsley, oregano, salt, pepper. simmer for a while then add some half and half milk, a good bit of lightly dried basil or fresh basil, then put on low heat and add spinach and parmesan!
Step 2
about a half cup of water!!! before you do the milk so during the medium summer
