Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment. Place the Texas toast (or regular bread) on prepared baking sheet and bake 5–8 min., until toasted.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut homemade meatballs in half and warm through on the stove. Add homemade tomato sauce to warmed meatballs and toss to coat.
Step 3
Place 3–4 meatball halves on each bread slice. Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 3–5 min., until cheese is melted.
