1 Tbsplemon juice
1 Tbspolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
2. Remove and discard the two outer leaves of the red cabbage. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices.
Step 3
3. Brush the cabbage with a mixture of olive oil and Mediterranean spice mix.
Step 4
4. Grill the cabbage on both sides until it's tender and slightly charred(about 15 minutes each side). Cover the cabbage with the lid while cooking.

5. Grill some cherry tomatoes to add some extra flavor.

6. While the cabbage is cooking, prepare the topping by combining avocado, capers, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
Step 7
7. Assemble the dish by placing the steak on a serving platter and adding half of the avocado mixture on top. Add three cherry tomatoes and repeat the process with the other steak.
Step 8
8. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, crunchy sesame salt mix, and thyme leaves for a beautiful finish.
