In a large frying pan gently sauté the onion in the oil until it starts to turn golden.
Step 5
Add the garlic and spices and cook for one minute, stirring to avoid sticking. Add the Quorn Pieces, making sure they are covered with the spice mixture.
Step 6
Cook for four or five minutes, until the Quorn Pieces are lightly coloured and then add the lemon juice, three quarters of the fresh coriander and the olives.
Step 7
Serve with basmati rice and garnish with the remaining chopped coriander.
