Instructions

Step 1
preheat oven to 190oC

line a 12-cup muffin tray with paper cases

in a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and butter

rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs

add in the cheese

in a jug, whisk together the pesto if using, egg and milk

pour into the dry ingredients and mix until combined

mix in the sun dried tomatoes if using
