Step 1
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then trim off the stem ends. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh out of the zucchinis carefully. Mix olive oil with the seasoning of your choice and, along with salt, spread it on the inside of the hollowed zucchini.
Step 2
Firstly, we put chopped onion in the heated pan and let it be there for 3 minutes. Then we add the minced meat on the pan and let it there for a while until it gets a bit brown. Then we add zucchini filling, peppers (finely chopped), mushrooms, ketchup, and seasoning.
Step 3
We divide the mixture between four zucchini halfs and fill them. Then we sprinkle cheese on top of them and put it in the oven.
Step 4
We bake it 25-30 minutes on 177°C and then serve.
