Instructions

Step 1
Combine the soaked cashew, the nutritional yeast, the tapioca starch, the garlic, salt, pepper and water in a blender and mix them until a smooth texture.
Step 2
Pour the mix into a pan and start to cook slowly until you get a creamy texture.
Step 3
Chop the onion and sauté in a nonstick pan for couple of minutes.
Step 4
Peel and chop the mushrooms and add to the onion.
Step 5
Add the chopped dates and the thyme well and cook them for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Assemble your pizza: crust, cream, then the mushroom. Add some cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Step 7
Bake them on 250 degree Celsius until the crust becomes crunchy (it depends on what crust you use)
Step 8
Serve with parsley
