Chocolate Glazed Banana Crepes

Instructions

Step 1
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the egg whites, banana, Kodiak Cakes, milk, sea salt and stevia together in a high-powered blender. Blend on low for 30 seconds, scrape down the sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
Step 2
Spray the pan with cooking spray and pour ¼ cup of the batter into the pan. Swirl the batter around the sides to make a thin crepe. Once the edges start to peel away from the pan, carefully flip the crepe. Cook for one more minute and then transfer to a plate. Repeat with the rest of the batter. It should make about 12 crepes.
Step 3
Whisk together all of the chocolate glaze ingredients. Weigh the glaze and divide by the number of servings to get the amount needed to fill one serving.
Step 4
Roll the banana crepes up and drizzle the chocolate glaze over the top. Enjoy warm.
