Instructions
Step 1
Peel the pear, cut it in half and remove the seeds.
Step 2
To a small pot add the sugar, cinnamon stick, vanilla pot, lemon juice and water. Bring it to a boil. And let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pears making sure the inner side is facing downwards. Put on the lid and let them simmer for about 10minutes drizzling on some of the sugar water occasionally

Step 4
Toast the brioche bread. Melt the chocolate and chop the almonds.
Step 5
Spread the chocolate on one brioche slice. Sprinkle on the almonds.
Step 6
Then top it with the pears. Drizzle on some of the sugar water. Finish with the ice cream.
Step 7
Stack the other brioche slice on top and enjoy!
