Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat, melt one stick of butter
Step 2
Once melted, add heavy cream, juice of one lemon, and slowly whisk in 1 cup of parmesan cheese

Bring this to a simmer and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Step 4
While waiting for your cream to simmer, wash and chop your broccoli and spinach
Step 5
Stir in broccoli and spinach and add the uncooked refrigerated tortellini. Mix well
Step 6
Cover and turn the heat down to low. Let cook for 8 minutes
Step 7
Once done cooking, stir and top with the remaining cheese, lemon zest, parsley and red pepper flakes
