200gchicken breast
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
1egg
2 Tbspmilk
100gbread crumbs
500mlsunflower oil

Step 1
To a small bowl add the ketchup, mayo, mustard, pepper and pickle juice and mix everything until well combined
Schnitzel
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast in the middle without cutting it completely.
Season with salt and pepper

Whisk the egg and milk in a flat plate Add the breadcrumbs to another flat plate
Step 4
First soak the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs

In a large pan heat up the sunflower oil.
When the oil is hot maintain the heat on high and add the chicken

Deep fry the chicken for 2-3 min each side.
Sandwich

Cut the bread in half. Spread the butter on both sides
Toast until golden brown

Spread the bottom half with the sauce
Step 9
Place the salad leaf on the bread.
Slice the tomato and add it as well

Finish with the Schnitzel
