Step 2
Slowly add milk and whisk constantly until smooth. Salt, and pepper to taste and stir in peas until incorporated. Pour into Suvie pan. Place pan into upper left zone of your Suvie. Salt and pepper each chicken breast and place in a vacuum-seal bag. Coat the chicken breast with 2 tbsp olive oil then vacuum seal (here’s our DIY vacuum sealing guide) and place in a Suvie pan. Fill the Suvie pan with enough water to cover the chicken then load into upper right zone of Suvie. Add pasta to starch pan with 2 tsp salt. Load into starch zone.

Mix together the remaining ½ cup mozzarella and ¼ cup parmesan. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the pasta.
