½ cupall purpose flour
½ teaspoonactive dry yeast
¾ teaspoondark brown sugar
you can use any sugar here this is just what I like to use
⅛ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonolive oil
water
warm or lukewarm

Pizza Dough
Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil. Knead while gradually adding in water.

dark brown sugar¾ teaspoon
salt⅛ teaspoon
olive oil1 teaspoon
water
Step 2
Leave to rise for at least 15-30 minutes.
Preheat Oven
Step 3
Preheat oven to 450F.
Toppings
Step 4
Spread out your pizza dough onto a greased 8-10 inch baking pan, then add your egg wash, followed by your pizza sauce, then finally your cheeses.

Step 5
Place into the oven and leave to cook for around 15 minutes.
