Morning GRoats!

Who doesn’t love oatmeal in the morning? As a fan of both oatmeal and buckwheat, I decided to combine the two for some morning groats! Buckwheat groats add a great nutty flavor to your breakfast that lends itself perfectly for some yogurt, fruit and your favorite seeds!
