Dominique Ansel's version of brownies is a 1 pot recipe but cooked in an oven. It uses courverture chocolate or chocolate chips for a semi fudge cake consistency.

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and 100g sugar over MEDIUM HEAT until sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and 200g sugar until light colored and smooth in medium bowl.
Step 3
In large bowl, combine cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and ap flour. Whisk until fully combined and evenly distributed. Set aside.
Step 4
Combine the warm sugar mixture to the egg mixture, and mix until fully combined.
Step 5
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 7
Line 8" square pan with parchment paper. Fill brownie batter in pan.
Step 8
Bake brownies for 30 mins, or until tops are cracked.
