Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
Step 2
Cut pears into 1/8 in pieces, place in a single layer on greased baking sheet
Step 3
Toss together potatoes and 1 tbsp oil, season with salt and pepper and place in a single layer on baking sheet
Step 4
Bake pears and potatoes 15 minutes
Step 5
Toss radicchio with 1 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper
Step 6
Remove pears from oven, toss sweet potatoes, add radicchio to potatoes, bake 18-20 minutes
Step 7
Whisk together remaining ingredients to make dressing, let stand 15 minutes before serving
