Instructions
Step 1
In a hot pan add;
Salt, paprika, cumin and garam masala.
Step 2
Then chop the onions garlic and chilli.
Step 3
Once the spices have cooked for 5mins add the onions, garlic and chilli.
Step 4
When onions become transparent add the chopped tomatoes.
Step 5
Cook for 5mins or until tomatoes are soft.
Step 6
Once soft add;
Chickpeas, coconut milk, lemon juice and the maple syrup.
Step 7
Simmer for 10mins then serve.
