Published in 1966, this recipe isn't my favorite, but has a lot of potential.
Very acidic, lemon-forward - I would suggest adding a bit of honey or sweet fruit to balance this out.

Instructions
Step 1
blend together 1 avocado, the zest of 1 lemon, the juice of 2 lemons, 1 pint of pineapple sherbet and 12 oz of carbonated water. (Note: I would also add a tablespoon or two of honey to lightly sweeten this and balance the acid)
Serve chilled in a glass!
