Instructions
Step 1
Turn your oven on to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a skillet (I prefer a cast iron skillet so I don’t have to transfer to a baking dish later) begin browning your ground beef
Step 3
While your meat cooks, bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the tortellini according to the back of the package
Step 4
Once your ground beef is cooked, drain it and season it
Step 5
Add pasta sauce and cream cheese and stir until cheese is melted and well combined
Step 6
Drain your tortellini and add it to the sauce mixture
Step 7
Stir until well combined
Step 8
Transfer to a baking dish or keep in your cast iron skillet
Step 9
Top with mozzarella cheese
Step 10
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Step 11
Serve and enjoy!

Me and my fiancé saw this on tik tok and just had to try it it’s AMAZING one of our new favorites!!!
This was absolutely amazing!!! I made one small change; I put it in the oven @350 for 5 minutes and then I put it on Low Broil for the remaining 5 minutes. I don’t think it would have changed the flavor much just a preference.
