Instructions

Step 1
Turn your oven on to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a skillet (I prefer a cast iron skillet so I don’t have to transfer to a baking dish later) begin browning your ground beef
Step 3
While your meat cooks, bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the tortellini according to the back of the package
Step 4
Once your ground beef is cooked, drain it and season it
Step 5
Add pasta sauce and cream cheese and stir until cheese is melted and well combined
Step 6
Drain your tortellini and add it to the sauce mixture
Step 7
Stir until well combined
Step 8
Transfer to a baking dish or keep in your cast iron skillet
Step 9
Top with mozzarella cheese
Step 10
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Step 11
Serve and enjoy!
