Step 1
Zest and quarter lime. Mince garlic. Chop peanuts
In a small bowl stir together juice from half the lime, sugar, pinch of salt and pepper. Add half the cabbage and a pinch of lime zest. In a small bowl combine sour cream, pinch of lime zest and garlic, salt and pepper. Add water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches drizzling consistency.
Step 2
Heat oil over medium high heat, brown pork. Season with salt and pepper. Add remaining cabbage and garlic, cook 2-3 mins.
Step 3
Add chili sauce, soy sauce, ponzu sauce, cornstarch, and 1/3 c water to pan. Cook 2-3 mins until thickened.
