Instructions
Step 1
1) Mix Braggs liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar, and stevia together. Set aside.
Step 2
2) In a medium pan, cook the ground beef until no longer pink in the middle, about 7-10 mins. Stir often and drain the grease from the pan once done.
Step 3
3) Make a space in the middle of the pan, add garlic and ginger. Let simmer for 1 min (until fragrant) then mix fully into ground beef.
Step 4
4) Add coleslaw mix to the pan and cook for 3 mins, stirring often until the cabbage is slightly wilted yet not completely soft.
Step 5
5) Pour sauce evenly over the beef and cabbage mixture. Stir and remove from heat.
Step 6
6) Enjoy with green onion garnish over 4 oz cauliflower rice (or other vegetable of choice) with approved fruit side.
