Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Step 2
Melt Cocoa and butter and mix with the milk, then add to the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Add nuts and vanilla.
Step 4
Pour into a greased cake pan and sprinkle with 2 tbsp cocoa mixed with 1 cup sugar.
Step 5
Pour 1 cup boiling water over cake.
Step 6
Bake for 40 minutes.
