CRISPY PARMESAN POTATOES

These super crispy Parmigiano roast potatoes are super easy to make and extremely mamma mia šŸ¤¤ They are perfect for a Sunday lunch and you can season with your favourite spicesā€¦ I used oregano, chilli, garlic powder, pepper and parsley but paprika, basil and even some lemon zest will make them super sexy šŸ˜

Instructions

Step 1
Wash your potatoes, cut them into half (lengthwise) and add them to a bowl.
Step 2
In a bowl, add melted butter, olive oil, garlic, oregano, chilli, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and 20g of your grated Parmigiano.
Step 3
Mix everything together with a fork.
Step 4
Add your butter mixture to your potatoes and mix everything together.
Step 5
Add the rest of your grated Parmigiano on a plate.
Step 6
Dip each potato in your grated cheese and add them to a baking tray.
Step 7
Unlike you see on my video, I suggest not to line your baking tray with parchment paper, this way your Parmigiano will stick better to your potatoes once bakes.
Step 8
Bake for 30/40 mins or until nice and crispy (180C/360F). Buon appetito!
