Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2
Grate each cheese separately.
Grind almonds in food processor.
Chop mushrooms finely.
Mince garlic (or measure jarred minced garlic).
Step 3
Cut the peppers in half, remove core and seeds. Rinse and place cut side up in the lightly greased baking dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients except the dry breadcrumbs and gruyere. Add salt & pepper to taste. Fill the peppers with the mixture.
Combine dry breadcrumbs & gruyere. Sprinkle atop peppers.
Step 4
Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes.
