Instructions

Veggie Prep

Step 1
Crack all eggs in a bowl and whisk with salt (1 spoon) and pepper (0.5 spoon)
Step 2
Dice Onions
Step 3
Dice Peppers

Sautee

Step 4
Sautee onion, bell pepper (don't add salt and pepper since eggs already have)
Step 5
Add more coconut oil then eggs to pans and stir slowly until ready

Finish and Serve

Step 6
Serve with half an avocado and half a tomato (in slices if big tomato, or 2-3 whole small tomatoes) per person
