Instructions

Step 1
Heat up Green Giant Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice. Place rice in bowl. Slices red onions. Put red onions over rice. Chop bell peppers and put over rice. Measure beans that are drained and rinsed. Put scoop of beans over rice. Rinse 8 cherry or grape tomatoes. Put tomatoes over rice. Measure 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese. Sprinkle cheese over rice. Make your crema sauce; light sour cream, lime juice, garlic, cilantro. Put 1 tablespoon of fresh guacamole over top of bowl. Pour homemade crema sauce over top. Serve and enjoy 😋!!!
