Step 1
1. Chop the spinach finely, add to it all the ingredients together and blend everything till it's smooth and liquid (really liquid, like a real crepe)

2. Warm the pan and anoint it with olive oil(just a bit)

3. Pour a ladle of mixture and swirl the pan

4. when the edges rise, make sure the crepe doesn't stick to the pan and turn it around

5. fill the crepes with whatever filling you want, we gave you our example (chop the veggies and put everything in a pan with the meat, when it's ready assemble your crepes and enjoy!)
