Pre heat the oven to 180
Step 2
Butter and line a deep 20cm cake tin with greaseproof paper
Step 3
Beat the first 7ingredients until pale and thick , then fold in the fruit.
Step 4
Bake for 1hour. Keeps for 1week in a tin, or freeze for 1 month.
