Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Step 2
Combine bran, almond flour, regular flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Step 3
Stir in nuts and raisins (or craisins or chopped dates)
Step 4
In separate bowl combine applesauce, almond milk, molasses, oil and eggs.
Step 5
Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until blended.
Step 6
Spoon into greased muffin tins (or paper cups) and bake 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 7
Makes 12 muffins.
