Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk water, milk and one egg together. Mix everything together with Tino (K attachment). Switch to the hook and mix until smooth. Add the butter and mix 5-10 minutes. It needs to be a slightly sticky ball. Let it rest 8- 24 hours.
Step 2
Cut it into 12 equal portions. Make balls and roll it out into circles. Roll them into cylinders. Let rise on a tray until doubled. Brush them with the egg wash. Cook 15-20 on 180°.
