Instructions
Step 1
Boil Rice Vermicelli noodles (sometimes I use rice based ramen noodles instead) in the vegetable broth. Strain.
Step 2
Put noodles back in pot on low heat. Add splashes of vegetable broth, add cumin, turmeric, splash of soy sauce, and pinch of cayenne to desired taste, and one square of VioLife Cheddar. stir until vegan cheese is melted.
Step 3
Flash steam Kale. just until it darkens... no one likes soggy Kale😉 shake in some pepper (helps the body absorb nutrients)
Step 4
Add noods to bowl and plop the Kale on top. Sprinkle a generous amount of nutritional yeast on top.
Step 5
Grab some chopsticks and dig on in
