Instructions
Step 1
Mix lemon rind, lemon juice, garlic, chilli flakes, olive oil, rosemary and salt together. Brush marinade over cutlets, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat barbeque/frying pan to medium-high heat. Drain marinade from cutlets and cook for 2 minutes each side.
