Instructions
Step 1
Mix oatmeal and water
Step 2
Microwave for 2 to 2 and 1/2 minutes. Or bring to a boil on stovetop and then cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add scoop of chocolate protein powder and the chia seeds. Mix.
Step 4
Add cutting up slices of banana and serve!
Step 5
Note: any fruit works!!
