1 softened and 1/4 cup melted, these ingredients are for buttercream
¼ cupcocoa
½ teaspoonssalt
½ cupmilk
1 poundpowdered sugar
⅓ cupsemi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
For the cake, preheat oven to 350. Spray 3 six inch or 2 eight inch cake pans Whisk together dry ingredients, set aside. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add oil and vanilla and stir till combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Scape down bowl and mix again Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternatively ending with dry. Bake 30 TO 35 minutes till centers are springy and dry Cool before frosting
