Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion and fry in oil for 5 minutes on a medium heat
Step 2
Crush the garlic and add this in with the spices and fry for another 2 minutes
Step 3
Mix the water and stockpot and add this in along with the red wine vinegar
Step 4
Drain and wash the beans and add these in, and simmer for 30 mins to an hour with a lid on.
Step 5
Enjoy!
