Step 1
Place large baking pot on stove top whilst pre-heating oven to 425 degrees.

Then add entire bottle of Rao's Sauce, add the same amount of water, both cans of beef consommé, worsteshire sauce and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add Two carrots thinly sliced, cut rest of carrots into 5 inch pieces, a sprig of celery leaves, 5 stalks of celery chopped into 1 inch pieces, Herbs de Provence and black pepper. Bring to a boil
Step 4
Then place in oven and leave for 2 hours, if the sauce goes down - add water
