Crispy parmesan roasted potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Rinse potatoes and cut in half. Set aside
Step 2
Mix parmesan and remaining seasonings in a separate bowl.
Step 3
In a glass baking dish, drizzle olive oil around to coat the whole bottom of dish. Sprinkle parmesan and seasonings all over bottom of the pan and spread evenly.
Step 4
Toss potatoes in a little bit of olive oil & place them cut side down along parmesan mixture.
Step 5
Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, you will see color develop for the crispy parmesan.
Step 6
Let sit for a couple minutes, add to a plate, and enjoy!
